Single Greatest Tragedy of Our Day

I can't stop thinking about the story my friend, Archie, told me this morning about these men he met in West Africa this summer who asked if we would bring them the Word of God. The tragedy is that we don't have anyone to send them. This language group consists of 80,000 individuals. People who are without the Bible. People who are without the knowledge of Jesus. They are people who are dear to God.

These people who will have to learn another language in order to hear the story of God or hope that someone will go and tell them. But for now, they are waiting. Waiting. Waiting.

This is the single greatest tragedy of our time. It simply isn't right.

God, please use our family to help this people group. Either send us or raise up someone through our work who will go. Please do not make these people wait any longer.
